By accessing our website or enrolling in any Host Collective programme, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Host Collective provides educational mentorship, guidance, and training relating to property and short-term rental businesses.

Our services may include:

- Educational materials

- Ongoing support (depending on programme type)

All content is provided for educational purposes only.

We do not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

2. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

- Securing a property

- Approval from landlords

- Income or profit levels

- Business success

Results depend on your effort, implementation,

market conditions, and external factors beyond our control.

You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before entering into any lease, agreement, or financial commitment.

3. Payments

All programme fees must be paid in full or via an agreed payment plan.

If you choose a payment plan:

- You are legally responsible for completing all instalments

- Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access

- Outstanding balances remain payable even if you stop participating

REFUND POLICY

4. Refunds

Due to the nature of mentorship services and immediate access to proprietary materials, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refunds will not be provided for:

- Change of mind

- Lack of implementation

- Personal circumstances

- Market conditions

- Failure to achieve specific results

Once you have received access to mentorship materials, sessions, or resources, you acknowledge that the service has begun and may not be eligible for cancellation under UK consumer regulations where applicable.

All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Host Collective remain the intellectual property of EM Consultation Ltd.

You may not:

- Copy

- Share

- Reproduce

- Distribute

- Resell

- Any materials without written permission.

Unauthorised sharing may result in removal from the programme without refund.

6. Confidentiality

You agree not to share:

- Private mentorship content

- Member discussions

- Templates, scripts, or proprietary systems

This protects both the business and other participants.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

- Financial losses

- Business losses

- Property-related losses

- Indirect or consequential damages

Participation in our programmes is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access if a participant:

- Breaches these Terms

- Fails to complete payments

- Acts dishonestly or abusively

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
